Pink Flamingos 10-20-2017
During a visit to Disney’s Animal Kingdom in Orlando, Florida, back in October 2017, I stopped near the water’s edge to watch a flock of flamingos wading peacefully through the shallows. The early daylight bouncing across the pond surface gave the whole environment an effortless, calm mood that caught my eye right away.
The composition captures several flamingos mid-stride, showcasing their graceful curved necks, pale pink feathers, and dark-tipped beaks as they forage along the shoreline. Sparkling sunlit highlights ripple across the gentle water, providing a clean, natural backdrop that makes the soft pink plumage stand out clearly against the darker background.
