Epcot Sunset 4-23-2015

Stopping along the lagoon railing before the evening crowds assembled for the nighttime show offered a peaceful pause at Epcot. The clouds on the western horizon picked up color fast as the sun dipped behind the distant pavilion skylines, turning the open water surface into a giant colorful mirror before twilight set in.

Vibrant bands of orange, crimson, and deep twilight blue stretch across the upper atmosphere, washing warm sunset tones down into the gentle ripples of the lagoon. The dark silhouette of the World Showcase shoreline anchors the horizon between glowing water and colorful evening skies across the park grounds.
