Peanut Butter Blossoms 12-25-2013
Baking holiday cookies around Christmas time is a classic family tradition that always fills the kitchen with amazing aromas. Arranging a fresh batch of peanut butter blossoms topped with rich chocolate kisses provided an irresistible seasonal photography setup. Positioning the warm cookies right in front of the illuminated family Christmas tree added vibrant holiday color to the background.
The close-up shot focuses sharply on a golden peanut butter cookie topped with a smooth milk chocolate kiss, highlighting sugared cracks across the pastry. A wide aperture renders the background Christmas tree lights into soft, colorful bokeh circles in bright red, green, yellow, and blue. The festive warmth and delicious dessert detail create a cozy holiday desktop wallpaper perfect for the winter season.
