My wife baked up a batch of homemade cookie tarts and the presentation was too good not to photograph before everyone dug in. She layered chocolate chip cookies with magic shell, fresh strawberries, and topped them with thick frosting and rainbow sprinkles. They were an instant hit with the family and tasted every bit as rich as they looked.
