While traveling aboard the Norwegian Breakaway back in November 2013, I stopped in for a fresh sushi lunch at one of the onboard dining spots. Before digging in, I simply had to grab my camera to capture the clean presentation and appetizing colors laid out right in front of me on the dining table.

The composition centers on an enticing spread of rich tuna sashimi, plump shrimp nigiri, and sesame-coated sushi rolls arranged across a clean white plate. Soft indoor dining light catches the glossy surfaces of the fresh seafood, balanced nicely by pickled pink ginger, green garnish, and a quiet wooden tabletop in the background.
