Hot Air Balloon 9-29-2017
There is nothing quite like witnessing a mass ascension on a crisp autumn morning. Dozens of hot air balloons fill the sky at once, drifting in every direction across the horizon. I angled my wide lens upward to capture the full scale of balloons scattered at various altitudes. I shot this at the 2017 Adirondack Balloon Festival.
The image captures over a dozen hot air balloons floating across a clear, pale blue morning sky. A large blue, red, and yellow striped balloon anchors the upper midground, surrounded by custom designs including patriotic and animal motifs. The wide perspective creates an expansive, open feeling that works seamlessly on desktop setups.
