Lamb of God 8-6-2015

Covering Lamb of God at the Xfinity Center in Hartford, Connecticut as they opened for Slipknot was a masterclass in pure heavy metal aggression. Lead singer Randy Blythe spent the entire set charging across the risers, screaming into the crowd while stage lights washed over the venue in deep saturated color.

This shot captures Randy mid-verse with his left hand thrust toward the audience, his dreadlocks flying under saturated magenta and violet stage illumination. The dramatic stage lighting pulls out rich texture from his Rats Eyes Photography shirt, with deep shadows across the backdrop creating clean framing for desktop monitors.
