Epcot World Showcase 11-28-2014

Standing along the World Showcase promenade at dusk provides one of the best atmospheres in the park. Just before the evening fireworks start, the torches along the lagoon perimeter ignite, cutting through the cooling twilight air while visitors gather around the wide promenade walkway to secure their spots.

A wide-angle composition places a towering fiery gas torch and lush green bank in the foreground, framing the dark blue water of the lagoon. Across the lake, pavilion lights twinkle against the deep royal blue sky, with reflections stretching across the calm surface beneath an overhanging tree canopy framing the entire scene.
